IDForm Android app · Effective 4 November 2026

IDForm reads ID documents only on the phone and never sends ID data to any server. Read IDs are kept on the phone, encrypted, and deleted after 60 minutes. For the license, our server receives only an anonymous phone id, the phone model, the app version and a scan count. No ads, no tracking, no account.

1. What the app does

IDForm reads passports and ID cards (the MRZ lines with the camera, then the chip over NFC) and types the details into a form on a paired computer, acting as a Bluetooth keyboard.

2. On the phone

Camera images are used to find the MRZ lines and are never saved.
Chip data (name, nationality, dates, sex, document number and, when present, national ID number and place of birth) is kept in the app's private storage, encrypted with an Android Keystore key, and deleted after 60 minutes. The face photo and fingerprints are not read.
Settings (forms, typing speed, keyboard layout, theme, language) and the paired computer's Bluetooth address stay on the phone.

3. Sent to our server

For the free trial and the license, the app contacts idform.app when it opens and every few hours. It sends a one-way hash of the app's Android id, the phone model, the app version, the number of typed scans, whether a Google Play subscription is active and, when you enter one, a license code. The server also sees your IP address, which is logged to limit abuse. ID data is never sent. To have this deleted, write to us with the phone id shown on the app's license page. If you send a problem report from the app, we receive your message, the contact details you choose to add, and technical facts (app version, phone model, Android version, app settings). Please don't put guests' details in a report.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we never see card details.

5. Permissions

Camera (MRZ), NFC (chip), nearby devices / Bluetooth (keyboard connection and pairing), internet (license), vibration (feedback), run at startup (deleting expired IDs after a restart).

6. Sharing

We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising. The app has no ads, analytics or tracking. Text recognition runs on the device with Google ML Kit; images are not sent to Google. The license server is hosted by our web hosting provider.

7. Data controller

The business using IDForm (for example a hotel) is the data controller for its guests' details (GDPR / KVKK); we have no access to them. For the license data above, the controller is Melisa SANAG, publisher of IDForm.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.

IDForm liest Ausweisdokumente nur auf dem Smartphone und sendet Ausweisdaten an keinen Server. Gelesene Ausweise bleiben verschlüsselt auf dem Smartphone und werden nach 60 Minuten gelöscht. Für die Lizenz erhält unser Server nur eine anonyme Geräte-ID, das Gerätemodell, die App-Version und die Anzahl der Scans. Keine Werbung, kein Tracking, kein Konto.

1. Was die App tut

IDForm liest Reisepässe und Ausweise (die MRZ-Zeilen mit der Kamera, dann den Chip per NFC) und tippt die Daten als Bluetooth-Tastatur in ein Formular auf einem gekoppelten Computer.

2. Auf dem Smartphone

Kamerabilder dienen nur dazu, die MRZ-Zeilen zu finden, und werden nie gespeichert.
Chipdaten (Name, Staatsangehörigkeit, Daten, Geschlecht, Dokumentnummer und, falls vorhanden, Ausweisnummer und Geburtsort) werden im privaten Speicher der App mit einem Android-Keystore-Schlüssel verschlüsselt und nach 60 Minuten gelöscht. Lichtbild und Fingerabdrücke werden nicht gelesen.
Einstellungen (Formulare, Tippgeschwindigkeit, Tastaturlayout, Design, Sprache) und die Bluetooth-Adresse des gekoppelten Computers bleiben auf dem Smartphone.

3. An unseren Server

Für die kostenlose Testphase und die Lizenz verbindet sich die App beim Start und alle paar Stunden mit idform.app. Sie sendet einen Einweg-Hash der Android-ID der App, das Gerätemodell, die App-Version, die Anzahl getippter Scans, ob ein Google-Play-Abo aktiv ist und, wenn Sie einen eingeben, einen Lizenzcode. Der Server sieht außerdem Ihre IP-Adresse, die zur Missbrauchsabwehr protokolliert wird. Ausweisdaten werden nie gesendet. Für eine Löschung schreiben Sie uns mit der Geräte-ID von der Lizenzseite der App. Wenn Sie aus der App ein Problem melden, erhalten wir Ihre Nachricht, die Kontaktdaten, die Sie angeben, und technische Angaben (App-Version, Gerätemodell, Android-Version, App-Einstellungen). Bitte schreiben Sie keine Gästedaten in eine Meldung.

4. Zahlungen

Abos werden über Google Play gekauft. Google wickelt die Zahlung ab; wir sehen keine Kartendaten.

5. Berechtigungen

Kamera (MRZ), NFC (Chip), Geräte in der Nähe / Bluetooth (Tastaturverbindung und Kopplung), Internet (Lizenz), Vibration (Rückmeldung), Start beim Hochfahren (abgelaufene Ausweise nach einem Neustart löschen).

6. Weitergabe

Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten und nutzen sie nicht für Werbung. Die App enthält keine Werbung, Analyse oder Tracking. Die Texterkennung läuft mit Google ML Kit auf dem Gerät; Bilder werden nicht an Google gesendet. Der Lizenzserver läuft bei unserem Webhoster.

7. Verantwortlicher

Der Betrieb, der IDForm nutzt (zum Beispiel ein Hotel), ist Verantwortlicher für die Daten seiner Gäste (DSGVO); wir haben keinen Zugriff darauf. Für die oben genannten Lizenzdaten ist Melisa SANAG, Herausgeberin von IDForm, verantwortlich.

8. Änderungen

Ändert sich diese Erklärung, wird die neue Fassung hier mit neuem Datum veröffentlicht.

IDForm lee los documentos de identidad solo en el móvil y nunca envía datos del documento a ningún servidor. Los documentos leídos se guardan cifrados en el móvil y se borran a los 60 minutos. Para la licencia, nuestro servidor solo recibe un identificador anónimo del móvil, el modelo, la versión de la app y el número de lecturas. Sin anuncios, sin seguimiento, sin cuenta.

1. Qué hace la app

IDForm lee pasaportes y documentos de identidad (las líneas MRZ con la cámara y luego el chip por NFC) y escribe los datos en un formulario de un ordenador emparejado, como un teclado Bluetooth.

2. En el móvil

Las imágenes de la cámara solo sirven para encontrar las líneas MRZ y nunca se guardan.
Los datos del chip (nombre, nacionalidad, fechas, sexo, número de documento y, si existen, número de identidad y lugar de nacimiento) se guardan en el almacenamiento privado de la app, cifrados con una clave de Android Keystore, y se borran a los 60 minutos. No se leen la foto ni las huellas.
Los ajustes (formularios, velocidad de escritura, distribución del teclado, tema, idioma) y la dirección Bluetooth del ordenador emparejado se quedan en el móvil.

3. Lo que llega a nuestro servidor

Para la prueba gratuita y la licencia, la app se conecta a idform.app al abrirse y cada pocas horas. Envía un hash irreversible del identificador Android de la app, el modelo del móvil, la versión de la app, el número de lecturas escritas, si hay una suscripción de Google Play activa y, cuando introduces uno, un código de licencia. El servidor también ve tu dirección IP, que se registra para limitar abusos. Los datos del documento nunca se envían. Para pedir su borrado, escríbenos con el identificador del móvil que aparece en la página de licencia de la app. Si envías un informe de problema desde la app, recibimos tu mensaje, los datos de contacto que decidas añadir y datos técnicos (versión de la app, modelo del móvil, versión de Android, ajustes de la app). Por favor, no incluyas datos de huéspedes en un informe.

4. Pagos

Las suscripciones se compran con Google Play. Google procesa el pago; nunca vemos los datos de la tarjeta.

5. Permisos

Cámara (MRZ), NFC (chip), dispositivos cercanos / Bluetooth (conexión y emparejamiento como teclado), internet (licencia), vibración (aviso), inicio automático (borrar documentos caducados tras reiniciar).

6. Cesión

No vendemos datos personales ni los usamos para publicidad. La app no tiene anuncios, analítica ni seguimiento. El reconocimiento de texto se hace en el dispositivo con Google ML Kit; las imágenes no se envían a Google. El servidor de licencias está alojado por nuestro proveedor de hosting.

7. Responsable del tratamiento

La empresa que usa IDForm (por ejemplo, un hotel) es la responsable de los datos de sus huéspedes (RGPD); no tenemos acceso a ellos. Para los datos de licencia anteriores, la responsable es Melisa SANAG, editora de IDForm.

8. Cambios

IDForm lit les pièces d’identité uniquement sur le téléphone et n’envoie jamais de données d’identité à un serveur. Les pièces lues restent chiffrées sur le téléphone et sont effacées après 60 minutes. Pour la licence, notre serveur ne reçoit qu’un identifiant anonyme du téléphone, le modèle, la version de l’app et le nombre de lectures. Ni publicité, ni pistage, ni compte.

1. Ce que fait l’application

IDForm lit les passeports et cartes d’identité (les lignes MRZ avec la caméra, puis la puce par NFC) et saisit les données dans un formulaire sur un ordinateur associé, comme un clavier Bluetooth.

2. Sur le téléphone

Les images de la caméra servent uniquement à trouver les lignes MRZ et ne sont jamais enregistrées.
Les données de la puce (nom, nationalité, dates, sexe, numéro du document et, le cas échéant, numéro d’identité et lieu de naissance) sont conservées dans le stockage privé de l’app, chiffrées avec une clé Android Keystore, et effacées après 60 minutes. La photo et les empreintes ne sont pas lues.
Les réglages (formulaires, vitesse de saisie, disposition du clavier, thème, langue) et l’adresse Bluetooth de l’ordinateur associé restent sur le téléphone.

3. Envoyé à notre serveur

Pour l’essai gratuit et la licence, l’app contacte idform.app à l’ouverture et toutes les quelques heures. Elle envoie une empreinte irréversible de l’identifiant Android de l’app, le modèle du téléphone, la version de l’app, le nombre de lectures saisies, l’existence d’un abonnement Google Play actif et, si vous en saisissez un, un code de licence. Le serveur voit aussi votre adresse IP, enregistrée pour limiter les abus. Les données d’identité ne sont jamais envoyées. Pour demander leur suppression, écrivez-nous avec l’identifiant affiché sur la page de licence de l’app. Si vous signalez un problème depuis l’app, nous recevons votre message, les coordonnées que vous choisissez d’ajouter et des informations techniques (version de l’app, modèle du téléphone, version d’Android, réglages de l’app). Merci de ne pas mettre de données de clients dans un signalement.

4. Paiements

Les abonnements sont achetés via Google Play. Google traite le paiement ; nous ne voyons jamais les données de carte.

5. Autorisations

Caméra (MRZ), NFC (puce), appareils à proximité / Bluetooth (connexion et association du clavier), internet (licence), vibration (retour), lancement au démarrage (effacer les pièces expirées après un redémarrage).

6. Partage

Nous ne vendons pas de données personnelles et ne les utilisons pas pour la publicité. L’app n’a ni publicité, ni statistiques, ni pistage. La reconnaissance de texte se fait sur l’appareil avec Google ML Kit ; les images ne sont pas envoyées à Google. Le serveur de licences est hébergé chez notre hébergeur web.

7. Responsable du traitement

L’établissement qui utilise IDForm (par exemple un hôtel) est responsable des données de ses clients (RGPD) ; nous n’y avons pas accès. Pour les données de licence ci-dessus, la responsable est Melisa SANAG, éditrice d’IDForm.

8. Modifications

Si cette politique change, la nouvelle version est publiée ici avec une nouvelle date.

2. Sul telefono

Le immagini della fotocamera servono solo a trovare le righe MRZ e non vengono mai salvate.
I dati del chip (nome, cittadinanza, date, sesso, numero del documento e, se presenti, numero d’identità e luogo di nascita) sono conservati nella memoria privata dell’app, cifrati con una chiave Android Keystore, e cancellati dopo 60 minuti. Foto e impronte non vengono lette.
Le impostazioni (moduli, velocità di scrittura, layout di tastiera, tema, lingua) e l’indirizzo Bluetooth del computer abbinato restano sul telefono.

3. Inviato al nostro server

Per la prova gratuita e la licenza, l’app si collega a idform.app all’apertura e ogni poche ore. Invia un hash irreversibile dell’ID Android dell’app, il modello del telefono, la versione dell’app, il numero di letture scritte, se è attivo un abbonamento Google Play e, quando lo inserisci, un codice di licenza. Il server vede anche il tuo indirizzo IP, registrato per limitare gli abusi. I dati dei documenti non vengono mai inviati. Per chiederne la cancellazione, scrivici con l’ID del telefono mostrato nella pagina della licenza dell’app. Se invii una segnalazione di problema dall’app, riceviamo il tuo messaggio, i contatti che scegli di aggiungere e dati tecnici (versione dell’app, modello del telefono, versione di Android, impostazioni dell’app). Non inserire dati degli ospiti in una segnalazione.

4. Pagamenti

Gli abbonamenti si acquistano tramite Google Play. Google gestisce il pagamento; non vediamo mai i dati della carta.

5. Autorizzazioni

Fotocamera (MRZ), NFC (chip), dispositivi nelle vicinanze / Bluetooth (connessione e abbinamento come tastiera), internet (licenza), vibrazione (conferma), avvio automatico (cancellare i documenti scaduti dopo un riavvio).

6. Condivisione

Non vendiamo dati personali e non li usiamo per pubblicità. L’app non contiene pubblicità, statistiche o tracciamento. Il riconoscimento del testo avviene sul dispositivo con Google ML Kit; le immagini non vengono inviate a Google. Il server delle licenze è ospitato dal nostro provider di hosting.

7. Titolare del trattamento

L’attività che usa IDForm (ad esempio un hotel) è titolare dei dati dei suoi ospiti (GDPR); non abbiamo accesso a tali dati. Per i dati di licenza sopra indicati, la titolare è Melisa SANAG, editrice di IDForm.

3. Sunucumuza gidenler

Ücretsiz deneme ve lisans için uygulama açılışta ve birkaç saatte bir idform.app'e bağlanır. Gönderilenler: uygulamanın Android kimliğinin tek yönlü özeti, telefon modeli, uygulama sürümü, yazılan okuma sayısı, aktif bir Google Play aboneliği olup olmadığı ve girdiğinizde lisans kodu. Sunucu ayrıca IP adresinizi görür; kötüye kullanımı sınırlamak için kaydedilir. Kimlik bilgisi asla gönderilmez. Silinmesini istemek için uygulamanın lisans sayfasındaki telefon kimliğiyle bize yazın. Uygulamadan sorun bildirirseniz mesajınız, eklemeyi seçtiğiniz iletişim bilgisi ve teknik bilgiler (uygulama sürümü, telefon modeli, Android sürümü, uygulama ayarları) bize ulaşır. Lütfen bildirime misafir bilgisi yazmayın.

4. Ödemeler

Abonelikler Google Play üzerinden alınır. Ödemeyi Google işler; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz.

5. İzinler

Kamera (MRZ), NFC (çip), yakındaki cihazlar / Bluetooth (klavye bağlantısı ve eşleşme), internet (lisans), titreşim (geri bildirim), açılışta çalışma (yeniden başlatmadan sonra süresi dolan kimlikleri silmek).

6. Paylaşım

Kişisel verileri satmayız ve reklam için kullanmayız. Uygulamada reklam, analiz veya takip yoktur. Metin tanıma cihazda Google ML Kit ile yapılır; görüntüler Google'a gönderilmez. Lisans sunucusu barındırma firmamızda çalışır.

7. Veri sorumlusu

IDForm'u kullanan işletme (örneğin otel) misafir bilgilerinin veri sorumlusudur (KVKK / GDPR); bu bilgilere erişimimiz yoktur. Yukarıdaki lisans verileri için veri sorumlusu, IDForm'un yayıncısı Melisa SANAG'dır.
